首先,我們需要一些豆腐,一定要像圖中的白豆腐,沒有渣在裡頭。然後,再準備同樣份量的巧克力,最好是沒有加入其他果仁的。
把豆腐攪碎,把它攪拌成糊狀。至於巧克力,我們隔水加熱,讓它完全融化為止。把巧克力和香草精加入豆腐漿裡頭,攪拌均勻,倒入容器裡,放進冰櫥就行了。
至於配料方面,買新鮮的草莓和薄荷葉。把草莓切粒,把薄荷葉切碎,把兩者加在一起,加入蜜糖,攪拌均勻就行了。
在上桌前,把草莓放到巧克力慕斯上面。
這就是完成品了。(對不起,沒有甚麼拍到照片,因為昨天準備的時候,很匆忙,沒有想到要拍照。)

The World's Fastest Chocolate Mousse

For that reason feel free to stir your own ideas into this dish. When you cook it once, it becomes yours, so personalize it a bit. Add more of an ingredient you like or less of something you don't like. Try substituting one ingredient for another. Remember words have no flavour, you have to add your own!
Ingredients:
The World's Fastest Chocolate Mousse
* 8 ounces silken tofu, room temperature
* 8 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
* 1 tbsp vanilla extract
Honey Mint Strawberries
* 1 cup fresh strawberries, cleaned, hulled and quartered
* 2 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
* 2 tbsp honey
Directions:

1. Melt chocolate in a bowl set over a pot of simmering water.
2. Puree the tofu in a food processor until smooth.
3. Add the melted chocolate and vanilla and puree again until the mixture is very smooth.
4. Pour into four serving dishes and chill until ready to serve.
5. Top with Honey Mint Strawberries.
Honey Mint Strawberries
1. Stir together and spoon onto Chocolate Mousse just before serving. Yield: 1 cup
